Quality public services, what would we do without them? Quality public services support equality, take care of our most vulnerable citizens, provide access to health care, enhance economic opportunity, educate our youth, care for our aged, encourage diversity and support scientific and artistic endeavours. They reduce the negative impacts of the market, establish safe territory and protect citizens from disease and disasters.

The Public Service Alliance of Canada is a strong promoter of quality public services.

Our ongoing commitment is to advocate for a more positive alternative: governments that invest in quality public services through adequate financing, improved accountablility, better jobs and accessible, affordable and relevant services.  We firmly believe that a strong public sector is vital to provide the necessary physical and social infrastructure for our economy and our society to function well.
